Small and large companies can be confident their repair demands will be efficiently expedited. Our staff of 15 technicians have an average turn around time of ten working days on most orders, and our wide range of testing capabilities assure quality products.
The West Plains Repair Facility is a first-class provider of repair services for most vendors and central office equipment needs. Our test facilities duplicate real-life conditions for inside and outside plant requirements. Surface mount or conventional technologies are employed in all our repair. Additionally, we back our work with extended warranties on the entire card after it's been through our testing program. We also modify existing technologies to meet more demanding requirements whenever practical to increase the value of your original investment. Staffed by qualified technicians, our 10,000 square foot facility is added assurance of our commitment to quality and service.
