After receiving a request Thursday, January 10 at 3:30 P.M., from the President's support group, Spectra Communications called upon Falcon to provide and install necessary Digital Remote equipment to provide 150 access lines for President Bush's visit to Aurora, Missouri on Monday, January 14, 2002. The lines had to be in operation by 4:00 P.M. Saturday, January 12.
Standing behind it's 35-year reputation of a 24/7 response time, Falcon rose to the occasion. The required equipment was immediately pulled from Falcon's inventory, tested, and delivered the next morning to the site where President Bush was scheduled to speak. With Spectra and Falcon's combined efforts, the necessary communication access was completed and operational by noon Saturday - ahead of schedule.
